About

Philippe Fèvre

I am a business advisor and a university professor, with more than twenty-five years of international executive experience in financial services and manufacturing.

In financial services I held leadership roles at Citibank across Spain, Belgium, the Nordics and North America. In manufacturing I led the integration of DS Smith's largest European acquisition, spanning sixteen countries and eighty-four plants, and later founded PackBenefit, a sustainable packaging company, which I ran as CEO and where I remain on the board as a shareholder.

I hold a Doctor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where I teach Master's-level courses in engineering and business administration and I am a member of the Connected Industry Chair. My research examines why some highly disruptive products succeed at launch while others fail.

Who I work with

Boards, senior executives and founders facing strategic decisions under change: innovation programmes, disruptive business models, industrial transformation, and the integration of acquisitions.

What is different

Executive practice and academic rigour together. The articles on this site, like the advice I give, rest on evidence and on the experience of having taken these decisions in person.
